for deeper holding fish vibration blades work well, not sure if trout like them but i have mates who catch small mouth bass on them, the 35mm sizes seem to work best for them.

Wow, 19″’s of Brown Trout is a great fish for her first ever trout no matter how she held him! Is she a trout angler yet? I like Smallmouth Bass, also, but a combination of Smallmouth and Brown Trout will do it every time for me. Tell your wife congratulation on her first trout for me.
